Refund Policy

1. All Sales Are Final
All CGGPrep products are digital PDF guides. Because access is granted instantly on payment, sales are final once payment is confirmed and the guide has been made available for download.
2. No Refunds or Cancellations
As is standard for digital goods under Indian consumer law, we do not offer refunds or cancellations once a digital product has been delivered, except in the specific case described below.
3. Exception: Technical Issues
If the file you receive is corrupt, inaccessible, or is the wrong file, we will re-send the correct file within 24 hours of your complaint. If we are unable to resolve the issue, we will issue a full refund.
4. How to Report an Issue
Email support@cggprep.com within 48 hours of your purchase with your order ID and a description of the problem.
5. Refund Timeline
Approved technical refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method through Razorpay. Refunds for duplicate payments are processed within 5 business days.
6. No Returns or Exchanges
As all products are digital, we do not offer returns or exchanges between different guides or products.
