When you make a purchase on CGGPrep, we collect your name, email address, and phone number at checkout via our payment partner, Razorpay. We also store basic order details such as the products purchased and the order status.

2. Why We Collect It

We use this information to process your order, verify payment, and send you the access link to download your purchased PDF guide. We may also use your email to send order confirmations and important account updates.

3. Payment Data

CGGPrep does not collect or store your card, UPI, or net banking details at any point. All payments are processed directly by Razorpay, a PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway. We only receive confirmation that a payment succeeded, along with an order reference.

4. Sharing of Data

We do not sell or rent your personal data to any third party. We share the minimum data necessary with the following service providers, solely to operate CGGPrep:

  • Razorpay — to process payments securely.
  • Resend — to deliver transactional emails, such as order confirmations and download links.

5. Where We Store Data

Order records and account details are stored securely in Supabase, a cloud database provider, using industry-standard access controls.

6. Data Deletion Requests

You may request deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing us at support@cggprep.com. We will process valid requests in line with applicable law, subject to any records we are required to retain for legal or accounting purposes.

7. Cookies

CGGPrep uses only essential cookies required for session management, such as keeping you signed in. We do not use cookies for advertising or third-party tracking.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page. Continued use of CGGPrep after a policy update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.

This Privacy Policy is governed by the laws of India.
