Which stream is this course for?
The course covers Paper 2 of the General stream: Commerce, Accountancy, Management, Finance, Costing, Companies Act and Economics. Paper 2 makes up a large share of the total marks in both Phase 1 and Phase 2, so the course is built to help you score well in it.
Does one course cover both Phase 1 and Phase 2?
Yes. The same notes serve both phases. You use them for objective practice in Phase 1 and for deeper revision before Phase 2 (Mains), so you don't need to buy a separate Mains course for Paper 2.
When will the 3300+ MCQs be available?
The 3300+ MCQ bank will be released after 20 November 2026. A detailed release schedule will be shared with all enrolled students, so you know exactly which topic's questions arrive when. Chapter-end MCQs come with the notes from day one.
Are mock tests included?
Yes. The course includes 10 full-length mock tests: 5 for Phase 1 and 5 for Phase 2, based on the latest exam pattern. The mock release dates will be shared along with the course schedule.
When does English descriptive practice start?
Descriptive practice and evaluation will start after SEBI Grade A Phase 1. Until then you can focus fully on Phase 1. Once Phase 1 is over, you will get essay, précis and comprehension tasks, and your answers will be checked by a Regulatory Selected evaluator.
Can I download or print the PDFs?
No. As part of our Go Green Initiative, all notes are read-only PDFs that you can view on the CGGPrep website or app. They cannot be downloaded or printed. This saves paper and protects the content.
How long is the course valid?
The course is valid till SEBI Grade A Mains, whenever that is held. If the notification or exam is delayed, your validity is extended at no extra cost.
What if SEBI changes the syllabus?
Any new or revised topics will be added to the course for enrolled students at no extra cost.
How do I join the private Telegram group?
After you enroll, you will receive the invite link to the private learners' group. That is where doubt discussion, strategy sessions and mentorship take place. The group is for enrolled students only.
Who prepares the content?
All content is curated by a Regulatory Selected Person. The same team built our PFRDA course, which covered 43 of the 50 questions asked in PFRDA Grade A Phase 1.
The SEBI notification is not out yet. Should I start now?
Yes. In past SEBI Grade A cycles, the gap between the notification and Phase 1 has usually been short. Paper 2 is the most demanding part to prepare, so starting early gives you time to finish the notes before the notification comes out.
